Return and Refund Policy

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return one or more products within 14 days of receiving them , as required by European legislation on the right of withdrawal (Directive 2011/83/EU).

1. Return conditions

The product must be intact, unused and returned in its original packaging

Returns of opened personalized or sealed products (e.g. used cosmetics) are not accepted.

The customer is responsible for return shipping costs, except for errors attributable to the seller

2. Procedure for making a return

Write to servizio.clienti@oneimpact.it indicating:

Order number

Products you intend to return

Reason for return (optional)

You will receive instructions on how to proceed with the shipment.

3. Refund times

Once the return has been received and verified, the refund will be issued within 7 business days using the same payment method used for the purchase.

4. Damaged or incorrect products

If your product is defective or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt to request an exchange or full refund.
